Evergreen Capital served as Financial Advisor to e.magination of Baltimore in selling a majority interest in the Company to Roche Capital, LLC. Daniel J. Roche, Chairman of Roche Capital, assumed the roles of Chairman and CEO of e.magination. Brian S. Ocheltree remains as President and Syd Rubin remains as a Director.
