Ann S. Ebersberger, CEP
Vice President of Operations

Ann is Vice President of Operations for Evergreen Capital and an Associate with the Chesapeake Emerging Opportunities Club. She oversees all operations at Evergreen Capital and provides consulting and financial advisory services to its clients.  Ann handles fund management and investor relations services for the Chesapeake Fund.

She has a unique combination of qualifications in venture capital fund management, equity compensation, shareholder relations, regulatory and legal documentation, and strategic planning. Ann has served in advisory positions with early stage venture capital, technology research and development, and financial regulation. She has extensive experience in operations management; stock plan consulting; program budgeting/administration; Board affairs; investor relations; and SEC, legal, and executive staff communications.

Ann received certification as a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) from the Santa Clara University's Executive Development Center. She is a former treasurer and founding member of the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). Ann holds a BA Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
