Bill is Managing Director of Evergreen Capital's Merger & Acquisition services and has over 45 years of experience in corporate financial management and advisory services.  He has successfully completed M&A transactions in a number of industries including financial services, steel service centers, building materials, manufacturing, equipment rental, event planning, distribution and construction. He has also conducted many financings and other financial advisory engagements in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to its merger with Evergreen Capital, Bill was Chairman of Middelton Limburg & Company, Inc. an independent investment banking firm serving privately owned companies in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1991. Bill started his career at the Equitable Bank, N.A. where he rose through the commercial banking side to become President and a Director. He was also Senior Vice President of CoreStates Investment Banking before founding Middelton Limburg & Co.

Bill is a Member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Professionals Advocate Insurance Company. He was formerly a director of Mason-Dixon Bancshares, Bank of Maryland and an Advisory Director of Branch Bank & Trust (BB&T). Bill is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the McDonogh School where he remains active in development activities.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from Harvard University.
