Don is Managing Director of Evergreen Capital's Merger & Acquisition and Valuation services and has over 28 years of experience in corporate financial management and advisory services.  He has successfully completed M&A transactions in a number of industries including financial services, technology, medical products, market research, manufacturing, distribution and construction. He has also conducted hundreds of valuations of businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to its merger with Evergreen Capital, Don was President & CEO of Middelton Limburg & Company, Inc. an independent investment banking firm serving privately owned companies in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1991. He also co-founded and served as CFO of HealthStat, LLC, an information services company serving the pharmaceutical industry. Don started his career in M&A and valuation services with a large Midwestern Bank. He was also manager of merger & acquisition services for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and CFO of a venture capital backed software company.

Don is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.  He has a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Michigan with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Economics.  Don also has his Series 7 General Securities Representative License.
