Greg is a Managing Principal of Evergreen Capital's Valuation Services.  He has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking including business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, fairness opinions, and the placement of equity, mezzanine capital and debt for private companies.   

Greg received his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and BA from Harvard College. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
