Phil is Managing Principal of Evergreen Capital's Corporate Finance services and has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry.  He has successfully raised a variety of debt and equity financings ranging from senior secured facilities to specialty finance to mezzanine and equity.  Phil is experienced in all facets of the capital markets and has proven his ability to quickly grow portfolios.  As a General Manager for a $15 million national medical company, Phil ran the operations and sales of the company while managing a large staff.  Some of his previous responsibilities included consistently performing as a top loan officer and integrating disparate ancillary services within a large diversified healthcare provider.

Phil is active in the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association and Commercial Finance Association.  He has a BA in Psychology from Towson University.
