Eric is a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Evergreen Capital. He has a diverse background in middle market investment banking and brings a breadth of transactional experience to the M&A practice. Eric has advised companies in a variety of industries including technology, energy, financial services, government contracting, educational services, healthcare, biotech, real estate and construction.

Eric began his career as a financial advisor with Raymond James before transitioning to corporate finance. Prior to joining Evergreen Capital, Eric worked with Abshier Webb Donnelly & Baker, a boutique middle market investment bank based in Houston, Texas.

Eric has an MTS from Urshan Graduate School of Theology in St Louis, Missouri and a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He is actively pursuing an MBA with a concentration in accounting at Loyola University in Maryland. Eric holds his Uniform Combined State Law Series 66 and his Series 7 General Securities Representative Licenses.
