Evergreen Capital is a co-founder and co-manager of Chesapeake Emerging Opportunities (CEO) Club, LLC, an early stage venture capital fund. CEO is a member of the New Vantage Group, a group of Washington area dinner clubs.

The Chesapeake Emerging Opportunities Club received the 2002 Howard County Economic Development Achievement Award. The Howard County Economic Development Authority annually recognizes the contributions of companies and individuals for enhancing the economy and quality of life in Howard County; award recipients are chosen because of their strong commitment to corporate leadership and community development.

Evergreen Capital has an affiliation with 1st BrideHouse Securities ("1st BridgeHouse") a Broker/Dealer located in Coral Gables, Florida.  As a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), 1st BridgeHouse have sponsored investments in a diverse portfolio of companies in the U.S. and South America.  1st BridgeHouse leverages its knowledge, experience, and skill to serve as an outsourced investment banker for these brokerage firms that may not have the scale or focus to develop in-house investment banking resources. In this way, 1st BridgeHouse will source, negotiate, and structure investment vehicles.
