as an outsourced CFO and in advising companies in

potential merger, acquisition or divestiture.

in Columbia, Maryland, Evergreen Capital was formed
in 2000 as an outgrowth of Kohr Vespa & Associates
Inc., an outsourced CFO and investment banking firm
serving the Baltimore-Washington, DC corridor since
1989. Evergreen Capital provides transaction-focused
services to the middle-market, privately-held companies
including corporate finance, exit and growth strategy
and advisory services.
